Observing how a structure actually works
My first professional experiences shifted my focus from isolated technical problems to the overall functioning of an organisation: coordination, innovation, decision-making, management tools and operational execution.

Industrial grounding
Connecting decisions to the constraints of reality
Industrial engineering and experience on the Ariane 6 programme add a concrete understanding of the costs, lead times, suppliers, data and coordination required to execute a strategy.
