My background reflects a deliberate approach: complementing a scientific education with an industrial, economic, strategic and institutional understanding of organisations.

Each new discipline does not erase the previous one. It gives it a different scale of reading.

Approach

A trajectory built through successive broadenings

I chose to progressively broaden my field of understanding. Science gave me a method of reasoning. My first professional experiences let me observe how organisations actually function. Industry connected this analysis to the constraints of execution. Economics and governance now add a reading of trade-offs, incentives and collective decision-making.

These dimensions come together around a single approach: acquiring the knowledge and languages needed to analyse a situation in its full complexity.

Scientific rigour

Understand, model, demonstrate

Mathematics, engineering sciences and industrial engineering built a method for reading reality based on breaking down problems, identifying variables, formulating hypotheses and searching for well-founded solutions.

Understanding organisations

Observing how a structure actually works

My first professional experiences shifted my focus from isolated technical problems to the overall functioning of an organisation: coordination, innovation, decision-making, management tools and operational execution.

Industrial grounding

Connecting decisions to the constraints of reality

Industrial engineering and experience on the Ariane 6 programme add a concrete understanding of the costs, lead times, suppliers, data and coordination required to execute a strategy.

This progressive construction lets me approach an issue across several scales, identify the interactions between its dimensions, and connect a strategic direction to its concrete conditions of execution.
